Ranson Barnes Recruitment Ltd is excited to be partnering with a leading Sheffield Solicitors in the recruitment of a Legal Secretary to join their expanding head office. The role will be working within a friendly team supporting the departmental head with day to day tasks.


Duties to Include but not Limited to

  • Audio typing – legal documents, reports and internal/external correspondence
  • Attending internal meetings
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and court personnel
  • Diary management
  • Supporting with cost allocation and invoicing
  • General administration
  • Supporting the larger team with handling incoming calls when busy

You will

  • Have proven Legal Secretarial experience
  • Be an excellent communicator both over the phone and face to face
  • Have fantastic attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
